At Garden Delight Center, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with every plant purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is here to help.
Return Window
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:

Plants must be in their original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is required
- Perishable or damaged plants due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, plants must be in their original, healthy condition and undamaged during transit.
Refund Process
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the plants for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on plants that have been damaged by the customer or due to mishandling after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged on arrival).
