‘Ivory Halo’ dogwood is a compact, deciduous shrub cultivar of Cornus alba, admired for its white-edged variegated foliage, vibrant red winter stems, and adaptability. Its multi-stemmed habit, seasonal interest and relatively low maintenance make it a strong choice for mixed borders, foundation plantings or massing.
