Magnolia Grandiflora (Southern Magnolia) is native to southeastern United States. It is a magnificently dense evergreen tree with glossy & leathery dark green leaves above and copper brown underneath. Very Large, extremely fragrant white flowers start blooming in late spring and continue until fall. It typically grows in a pyramidal to rounded crown. Magnolia Grandiflora reaches a mature size of 60-80ft tall and 20-40ft wide.
